Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash the whole tomato, put it in the pot, and boil it in boiling water until the cracks appear

Step 2: put the cooked tomato in cold water and peel off the skin

Step 3: cut the tomato into pieces

Step 4: chop a small section of scallion

Step 5: heat the oil over high heat, change the low heat and crush the scallions into the pot

Step 6: stir fry until golden, you can smell the special smell of scallion

Step 7: put the eggs in the pan, stir fry them, add half a bowl of water, half a spoonful of salt and half a spoonful of chicken powder, and stir well

Step 8: add appropriate amount of salt, chicken powder, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and scallion oil

Step 9: after the noodles are cooked, put them into the seasoning bowl and mix them well (you can buy different varieties of noodles according to your preference). Finally, add the tomato and egg mixture just made, mix them well and you can eat them

Note: after the tomato is cut into mud, it is recommended to directly pick up the chopping board and pour the tomato into the frying pan, so that the original juice of the tomato will not be wasted. It is suggested to put proper amount of water when stir frying tomato and egg mixture, so that every mouthful of noodles can be full of the taste of tomato juice!
