Fried Yuanxiao
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients
Step 2: spread the eggs in a flat bottom and shred them
Step 3: clean the cabbage and tear it into small pieces
Step 4: dry clean mung bean sprouts and shrimps
Step 5: cut pork, mushrooms and bamboo shoots into shreds
Step 6: slowly add hot water into the glutinous rice flour
Step 7: knead into non stick dough
Step 8: sprinkle some flour on the chopping board, rub the dough into thick strips and cut into small pieces with a knife
