Doughnut fried bread
Introduction:
Doughnuts are fried bread. In some bakeries, they are transliterated as "donaz" or "donuts."
Production steps:
Step 1: get the materials ready.
Step 2: pour water, egg, sugar, salt and milk powder into the bread barrel.
Step 3: pour in flour and baking powder.
Step 4: stir for 10 minutes and pour in the butter. (soften it. I've been using it for a long time this time.).
Step 5: stir for another 15 minutes to activate the dough into a spreading stage that can be pulled out of the fascia.
Step 6: put it in a warm place or directly ferment it in the toaster to twice the size. Take out the exhaust pipe, roll it round and let it stand for 15 minutes.
Step 7: roll the dough into a centimeter thick piece. Let it stand for 5 minutes.
Step 8: use the doughnut mold to press out the doughnut embryo.
Step 9: put into the baking tray with flour.
Step 10: put it in warm and moist medium and ferment to twice the size.
Step 11: put the oil in the pot. The oil should be higher than the doughnut. When it's 70% hot, put in the doughnut and deep fry over low heat until both sides are golden.
Step 12: control the oil in the fried doughnut, or dip the extra oil with oil absorbent paper.
Step 13: prepare the materials to decorate the doughnut. According to my preference, I used black and white chocolate, decorative beads, coconut powder, almond flakes and peanut chips.
Step 14: melt the chocolate in hot water.
Step 15: dip one side of the doughnut into the chocolate, or you can dip all the doughnuts into the chocolate.
Step 16: add a layer of decoration on the surface before the chocolate solidifies.
Materials required:
High gluten flour: 180g
Water: 95g
Dry yeast: 1 teaspoon
Butter: 18g
Fine granulated sugar: 25g
Egg: 25g
Salt: 3 G
Milk powder: 6 g
Sugar powder: right amount
Peanut oil: right amount
Note: 1. The oil temperature of doughnut must not be too high, otherwise the color of doughnut will be black. Try a piece of dough first. 2. The decoration must be carried out when the chocolate is not solidified. It can be carried out near the heating in cold weather. 3. There must be no water in the small bowl of chocolate, otherwise the chocolate is difficult to melt.
