Production steps:
Step 1: soak lotus seeds 4 hours in advance. Prepare other materials.
Step 2: cut the bottom of the cleaned pineapple flat, then cut it from one side.
Step 3: use a spoon to dig out the flesh of pineapple. Be careful not to dig too thin. It should be close to the pineapple thorn as soon as possible. We need to dig the other side. So the pineapple bowl and the pineapple cover are ready.
Step 4: in addition to Lycium barbarum, mix glutinous rice, red dates, Lycium barbarum, pineapple sauce and rock sugar.
Step 5: fill the empty pineapple bowl carefully. Add a third of the water.
