Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials
Step 2: wash the glutinous rice and soak it in water overnight
Step 3: the rice is swollen and the excess water is poured out, leaving only the water slightly below the surface of the rice
Step 4: put it into the stew pan and steam over high heat for 2-4 hours

Step 11: add red bean paste and smooth the surface
Step 12: pour in the remaining glutinous rice and smooth the surface
Step 13: put on the rest of the preserved fruit
Step 14: wrap the plastic wrap
Step 15: cover and steam again
Step 16: buckle out, remove the preservative film and eat

Note: steamed glutinous rice water should not be too much, otherwise the rice is too soft, not suitable for molding, fruit and flower can be freely changed according to their own preferences.
