Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients and wash the meat
Step 2: cut the meat into pieces of about 5mm, and the final thickness is determined by the cutter~
Step 3: cut the potatoes into large pieces, ginger slices, scallion cut into small sections, garlic cut into powder. If you only eat meat, you can omit this potato
Step 4: add three spoons of cooking wine, two spoons of soy sauce, half a spoonful of soy sauce, one spoonful of salt, one spoonful of chicken essence and a little pepper
Step 5: stir well and marinate for at least one hour
Step 6: after marinating, put a little oil in the pot, add all the marinated pork and stir fry

It's OK to steam directly after marinating, so the steaming time needs to be longer, and it's more fragrant and tasty after frying. 3. If you want to eat quickly, you can use a pressure cooker instead of a steamer. This will take about 20 minutes. I originally wanted to do this, but as a result, the shape of the bowl was all set up. The bowl was too big to put in the pressure cooker with a handle. I really fainted.. 4. It's better to cover the bowl. If it's not covered, wrap a piece of fresh-keeping film. Otherwise, the steamed bowl is full of soup.
