Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare a pot of hot water (about 60 ℃), put the washed tomatoes into the pot, cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Two minutes later, the tomato peeled automatically.
Step 2: cut the peeled tomato into several large pieces.
Step 3: crush the tomatoes with a blender.
Step 4: pour the smashed tomato juice into the pot, add rock sugar and white sugar (preferably in batches).
Step 5: turn to low heat after boiling.
Step 6: when boiling to thick, stir it with a shovel from time to time to avoid sticking to the pot.
Step 7: boil until thick, present "sauce" appearance, squeeze in the right amount of lemon juice, continue to boil for three or four minutes.
Step 8: bottling, pour some honey on the surface of the sauce, then turn the bottle upside down to form a better seal, and put it in the refrigerator after cooling.

Note: 1. Don't cook with iron pot. 2. If there are immature and green seeds in tomato, they should be removed to avoid affecting the taste. 3.
