Production steps:
Step 1: weigh the left and right materials into the pot, start boiling sugar over high fire, and stir the whole process to prevent coking.
Step 2: turn to low heat after boiling.

Step 4: about 25 minutes, boil until obvious lines appear in the spoon and do not disappear immediately, the liquid is thick, (a little thicker than baby rice flour) leave the fire, continue to slowly stir for 10 times, you can press out bubbles.
Step 5: put the sugar liquid into the mold (scalding, you can wear anti scalding gloves to operate). It doesn't matter that the sugar will dry at the end, just put them all into the mold.
Step 6: bake in the oven at 120 ℃ for 5 minutes, and the sugar will be smooth. Take out and let cool (or refrigerate for a few minutes)
