Step 1: prepare the ingredients
Step 2: marinate the mashed meat with a little raw soy sauce, old soy sauce, pepper powder and cooking wine to make the mashed meat taste well
Step 3: Chop onion and ginger
Step 4: mix well in a large container
Step 5: take a wonton skin (which is bought in the supermarket) and put some meat stuffing on it
Step 6: roll up from top to bottom to about 2 / 3 place and knead the two sides together
Step 7: wrap all the wontons in turn
Step 8: make wonton in water
Step 9: stir while boiling to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pot. Cook for about 7-8 minutes
Step 10: wash coriander and cut into sections. Pour in sesame oil, soy sauce and pepper
Step 11: put the cooked wonton and soup into a bowl and eat it
Materials required:
Wonton skin: 600g
Meat paste: 80g
Scallion: right amount
Ginger: right amount
Coriander: moderate
Soy sauce: moderate
Old style: moderate
Sesame oil: appropriate amount
Note: wonton skin can also be made with noodles, but it's a technical job. The skin should be rolled as thin as possible. Due to my poor technology, I have to buy a ready-made one.
