Baozi Stuffed with Red Bean Paste
Introduction:
"Homemade bean paste buns at home are one of the warmest memories of childhood. I remember when I was a child, before the Spring Festival, my grandmother and my mother always had to make all kinds of delicious things in the" busy New Year "project. Among them, pasta occupies a very important position, especially the bean paste buns made by my grandmother, which are sweet and delicious. The scene of busy new year before the Spring Festival can only stay in the memory now. Who has a big pot of steamed bread to make sauce at home? They are all gift boxes. It's easy and convenient, but without the excitement of the whole family, the flavor of the new year is so light. Now that the Spring Festival is drawing near, I made bean paste buns in advance. I thought I would be busy making steamed bread this year, but I gave up the idea that I would always receive a gift box of flour from my friends. It's not easy to store. I have to eat it hard every year to eat it before it breaks down. "

Materials required:
Flour: 1000g
Adzuki Bean: 500g
Sugar: right amount
Yeast: right amount
Note: 1. When adding water to the flour, observe the dryness and wetness of the flour while stirring. Add less water each time and add it several times. This will avoid too much water at one time and the dough will not be formed. 2. Soak adzuki beans in water one day in advance, put them into the pot and boil them. After boiling for 10 to 15 minutes, take out a bean and press it. It's a little hard but it can be crushed. Don't cook it too bad. The pressed bean paste will be very sticky and difficult to form.
