Braised Pork Trotter with Soya Sauce
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the pig's feet and blanch them in boiling water for about 5 minutes;
Step 2: take out the pig's hoof and wash it clean;
Step 3: put it into a pressure cooker, add fresh water that has just passed the pig's hoof, turn it to a low fire after steaming over a high fire, press it for 30 minutes, and exhaust naturally;
Step 4: take out the pig's hoof and cut it into large pieces;
Step 5: cut ginger into large pieces;
Step 6: wash lotus root, peel and cut into large pieces;
Step 7: start frying pan, add cooking oil, heat the pan to cool the oil and saute ginger slices;

Note: 1. The pig's hoof is hard, so you can boil it for a while when you blanch it for the first time, so that the blood can be fully boiled out; 2. It's OK not to use the pressure cooker, but the later stewing needs more effort, if you want to stew until it's crisp, I'm afraid it won't work without 2 hours; 3. The sauce tastes sweet, if you don't like it, you can add less, and then you can season it.
