Production steps:
Step 1: raw material drawing.
Step 2: mix minced meat with mushroom, red pepper and scallion, add seasoning and proper amount of starch, and mix in one direction.
Step 3: remove the head and tail of the bean sprouts, cut them into small pieces about 1.5cm long, add them into the minced meat, mix them well, and then sprinkle the scallion into the bean sprouts.

Step 6: press the dried bean meat into mud, add sweet potato powder and appropriate amount of water to make bean paste.
Step 7: seal the dried beans with bean paste as shown in the picture.
Step 8: heat the oil in a wok, add dried beans, turn to medium heat and deep fry until cooked.
Step 9: remove the oil. (dried beans with chili sauce is the best when it's hot! )
