Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: the material is for two. Prepare 300 grams of rice, half a potato, a Cantonese sausage, two mushrooms, a proper amount of sea rice and a few green onions.
Step 2: soak mushrooms and cut into shreds, slice sausage, peel potatoes and cut into pieces. Chop the green onion and set aside.
Step 3: pour sausage into the pan, stir fry a little oil, then pour potatoes and mushrooms, continue to stir fry, potatoes do not need to be fully fried.
Step 4: wash the rice and add proper amount of water, spread the fried potato sausage evenly in the pot, sprinkle the rice, and pour in proper amount of soy sauce.
Step 5: half an hour after the rice is cooked, open the lid and sprinkle with onion foam, close the lid and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 6: after stewing, mix the rice with a spoon.
Step 7: Sheng out, if you feel light, you can add some soy sauce.

Soy sauce: moderate
Note: only add proper amount of soy sauce when cooking, and add it if the taste is too light after cooking. It's not necessary to add sea rice, or it's better to replace it with shrimps. Green onions can be dispensed with. You can change it to peas and cook it with potatoes.
