Production steps:
Step 1: 500g raw melon seeds, pick out the wormhole and throw it away
Step 2: pour in water and clean
Step 3: pour in water to soak melon seeds
Step 4: prepare large ingredients and pepper granules, the ratio is 3:1. About 5 or 6 pieces of large ingredients, a pinch of pepper granules

Step 11: after two hours, remove the seeds
Step 12: take another pot and pour in a little oil to prevent sticking
Step 13: over low heat, pour in melon seeds and stir fry constantly. This process is very tiring and requires patience
Step 14: stir fry until the seeds are completely dry, the sound is clear and crisp, and the seeds are ripe. You can also taste whether the seeds are ripe or not
