Production steps:
Step 1: 3 cups of flour, about 120 grams a cup, a total of 360 grams.

Step 7: sprinkle a little dry powder, carve the flower shape with the mold, and continue to ferment
Step 8: finally, place duck egg yolk in the center of the bread and bake at 160 ℃ for 20 minutes.

Note: 1, cold fermentation can use bread machine fermentation, otherwise it takes a long time. 2. Add milk or water slowly, adjust according to flour. 3. Duck egg yolk can be baked for a while, and then on the bread.
