Production steps:
Step 1: weigh all kinds of raw materials with an electronic scale, and then pour the bread materials (except bean paste and egg liquid) into the bread machine to neutralize the flour process, 15 minutes.
Step 2: cover the mixed dough with a layer of fresh-keeping film, then wrap it with a towel for fermentation, about 1 teaspoon.
Step 3: the fermented dough is 2.5 times larger than the previous one. Divide the fermented dough into five small ones of uniform size, and then cook for 15 minutes.
Step 4: flatten the dough with your hand and roll it twice with a rolling pin.
Step 5: add 25g bean paste stuffing to the crust.
Step 6: fold it down and make it into a bun shape.
Step 7: press the ball into a cake again and cut it into an oval shape with a rolling pin.
Step 8: cut 4 knives vertically on the long oval, do not cut off the head and tail.
Step 9: hold both ends of the cut dough and twist as shown in Figure 9
Step 10: make a single section of the twisted bread.
Step 11: make the rest of the dough according to the above method, and then put it into the basin for final fermentation. This process takes about 40 minutes until it reaches twice the original size.
Step 12: gently brush a layer of whole egg liquid on the surface of the fermented dough, send it into the oven preheated 180 degrees, bake for about 15 minutes until the surface of the bread turns golden.
