Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: the material is shown in the figure.
Step 2: Chop pork, mushrooms, ginger and scallion into small pieces.
Step 3: minced pork, minced ginger, chopped mushrooms, chopped scallions, put into a large bowl.
Step 4: add salt, sugar, oil and starch and stir well.
Step 5: mix well.
Step 6: use the water to soak mushrooms, add soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well to make sauce, set aside.
Step 7: wash the oily tofu a little, drain the water, and cut the cross with scissors.
Step 8: brew the minced meat and put it on the plate.
Step 9: brush a thin layer of oil inside the pot, put the stuffed tofu meat down, fry it slowly over low heat until golden yellow;
Step 10: turn the tofu over and fry it, pour in the prepared sauce, slightly increase the heat, and cover the pan for 1 minute.
Step 11: pick up the tofu with chopsticks and put it on the plate. Finally, pour the soup on it. Sprinkle some scallion for decoration. Very delicious!
