Spare ribs in casserole
Introduction:
"The spareribs stewed in casserole are soft, tender and delicious. They are not greasy and have a light taste. After eating the spareribs, you can drink some soup, which is nutritious. Mothers should try it."
Production steps:
Step 1: chop the spareribs into small pieces as much as possible (there are chopped ones in the supermarket). Take cold water and pull them out. After washing, put them into the pot and add cold water. The water should foam the spareribs (more water is OK). When the water boils, take a spoon and skim the blood foam out. This step takes about 20 minutes.
Step 2: put half a pot of water in the casserole and boil it on the fire. Put the boiled spareribs in the casserole. Don't waste the remaining water because the blood foam has been skimmed. Put the chopped green onion, ginger and garlic into the casserole, and then put them into the big material and turn them into small heat.
Step 3: add jujube, wolfberry, stew until about 50 minutes, pour in cooking wine, add salt. Simmer for another 15-20 minutes.
Step 4: add coriander after the pot.
