Introduction:
"Bitter gourd, named for its bitterness, is also called lianggua. Fruit is rich in protein, sugar, minerals and vitamins. In particular, vitamin C content was 14 times of cucumber, 5 times of wax gourd and 7 times of tomato. Functions of balsam pear: 1. Promoting diet, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic; 2. Anti cancer and anticancer: balsam pear protein composition and a large amount of vitamin C can improve the body's immune function, so that immune cells have the role of killing cancer cells; 3 The juice of Momordica charantia contains some protein components, which can enhance the ability of phagocytosis and is clinically effective for lymphosarcoma and leukemia; the trypsin inhibitor extracted from Momordica charantia seed can inhibit the protease secreted by cancer cells and prevent the growth of malignant tumors; 3. Reduce blood glucose: the fresh juice of Momordica charantia contains Momordica charantia glycosides and insulin-like substances, which has a good hypoglycemic effect It is an ideal food for diabetics. I think balsam pear has the spirit of lotus root "out of mud but not dyed". Although it is bitter, it can be cooked with other ingredients, and its bitterness will never be passed on to other ingredients. Honey, ice and balsam pear skin are used for the honey balsam pear, and the rest is used to make the salty balsam pear soup, which is also very simple

Precautions: 1. When boiling the bitter gourd skin, you can add two drops of edible oil in the water to make the bitter gourd color bright. 2. The honey I bought from Guanshengyuan is almost used up, so I put the peeled bitter gourd skin into the honey pot directly. You can put a little salt to improve the taste. 3. Refrigerate the bitter gourd to make it taste better. 2. You want the taste to be cool and crisp when you eat it. Mix well and eat it immediately. 4. The rest of the bitter gourd I use salted egg yolk with a full salty soup. There are some in my menu. You can refer to it. Of course, you can also match it with other ingredients.
