Production steps:

Step 13: roll the cabbage with sauce from the root to the inside. Put the rolled Chinese cabbage into a container without oil and water. (all the cabbages are prepared in turn)
Step 14: pour the remaining sauce in the big bowl into the rolled cabbage, cover it, put it under room temperature for one day, ferment naturally, and then refrigerate it in the refrigerator for about a week.
Step 15: pickled hot cabbage for three days.
