Production steps:
Step 1: wash the prawns.
Step 2: shred onion and ginger.
Step 3: cut off the whiskers and claws of prawns.
Step 4: remove the shrimp line.
Step 5: put the shrimp in a large bowl, add onion, ginger and cooking wine.
Step 6: marinate for 20 minutes. [set the curing time according to the size of shrimp]

Note: the shrimp I use is bigger, so it takes longer to marinate and fry. You can adjust the time according to the size of the shrimp.
