Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the material and preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
Step 2: pour flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt into a large bowl and stir well.
Step 3: Boil the water and butter in a small pot.
Step 4: pour the water oil mixture into the flour and stir well.
Step 5: beat two eggs well, pour them into a large bowl and stir well.
Step 6: melt the chocolate chips over water, pour into a large bowl and stir well.
Step 7: brush oil on the baking tray, pour in the batter and beat to remove bubbles. Put it in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes.
Materials required:
Common flour: 100g
Cocoa powder: 3 / 4 cup
Water: 1 / 3 cup
Eggs: two
Chocolate chip: 1 / 3 cup
Sugar: 1 cup
Baking powder: 1 tsp
Salt: 3 / 4 teaspoon
Butter: 1 / 3 cup
Note: Brownie is generally sweet, like with tea or coffee, really don't like less sugar. Adjust the time according to the different oven and pan. I don't have a square baking tray. I can only make do with the cake mould. This amount is suitable for a 9-inch square pan.
