Production steps:
Step 1: first, make noodles according to the hand rolling formula in my previous recipe (ingredients: high gluten flour, eggs, salt)
Step 2: chop the mustard mustard and cut the dried tofu into cubes
Step 3: wash mushrooms and cut them into small pieces
Step 4: I use this kind of mayonnaise, a catty of meat stuffing with a bag is enough
Step 5: put proper oil in the pot, stir fry the mushrooms until they are cooked, and then put them out for use
Step 6: put more oil in the pot, heat it up and stir fry the meat
Step 7: after the meat foam changes color, add mustard and dried bean curd to fry
Step 8: after frying, add a whole bag of mayonnaise and a small amount of soy sauce (about 3 / 4 of a spatula). Stir the sauce and filling well
Step 9: then add the fried mushrooms and stir fry again
Step 10: stir fry until a lot of oil comes out and serve
Step 11: according to your own taste, put chili oil, scallion, chicken powder (can be replaced by chicken essence), pepper powder, soy sauce, vinegar, salt in a clean noodle bowl, and add a proper amount of soup (I don't eat garlic, so I don't add garlic, so I can add some minced garlic for friends who don't care)
Step 12: add water and bring to a boil, add your favorite vegetables and blanch them
Step 13: put the rolled dough into boiling water and cook it
The fourteenth step: put the cooked noodles and vegetables in the soup before the soup, pour the sauce, add fried eggs, and the whole noodles are ready.
