Production steps:

Step 4: divide the kneaded dough into two parts, put in half the black rice flour (this time the black rice flour is fake, there are a lot of white rice flour), and put in half the carrot paste. Carrots are rubbed out with a scrub board that can be used to scrub. After adding carrot paste, the dough will become thin. Add proper amount of flour and knead until the dough is formed. Put the two dough into two pots to ferment. It's cold in Northeast China. I'm drying my hair on the windowsill with the cover on.
Step 5: after finishing the dough, use your fingers to poke the dough hard. It's easy to poke the dough to the end, and the holes will not shrink rapidly.
