Production steps:
Step 1: slice tofu.
Step 2: deep fry until golden on both sides.
Step 3: add Zanthoxylum bungeanum in water and bring to a boil. Add the big stick bone and 1 tbsp cooking wine and bring to a boil again.
Step 4: take out the big bone and rinse it with cold water.
Step 5: put the big bone into the pot, add enough water, bring to a boil, simmer for 1-2 hours.
Step 6: put the fried tofu, scallion, ginger, Chinese prickly ash, seasoning, cinnamon, red pepper, salt and soy sauce into the pot. Finally, put the big bone soup into the pot. Bring it to a boil over high heat and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
Step 7: big pieces are delicious, or you can cut them into small pieces.
