Production steps:
Step 1: get all the materials ready.
Step 2: pour the milk, vegetable oil and powdered sugar into a bowl and stir well.

Step 15: tap the mold gently and the plum blossom cake will come out.
Step 16: put the plum cake in the refrigerator for several hours.

Note: 1. The ice skin should be cooled after steaming, otherwise it will be sticky. 2. Cake powder will not stick to the hand when it is on the bag. 3. Make sure to cover the fresh-keeping film when steaming, otherwise it will stick to your hands when wrapping. 4. Chengmian is wheat starch, which is usually used to make shrimp dumplings. 5. Do not use too much cake powder in the mold, otherwise it will affect the taste.
