Qinghai cuisine · butter milk tea DIY
Introduction:
"Recently, an old friend from Qinghai came to Wenzhou to visit my family and brought me Qinghai Plateau Specialties - highland barley flour, butter, Qu La and Fu brick tea. This is a delicious memory I haven't seen for a long time! More than 30 years ago, in the Gobi desert of Qinghai, the most unforgettable thing was that when I entered the yurt of Tibetan herdsmen, the host would serve us with steaming butter tea. When I saw the yellow butter floating on the surface of milk tea, and the smell of the smell, how much courage it took for me to drink it in a pinch! Later, I learned that the smell is from Qula. It takes a slow process to like butter tea. For the first time, it is recommended not to put Qula. No smell, more like the taste of drinking pearl milk tea. And buttered milk tea can be salty or sweet. Why do singers from Qinghai, Tibet and Sichuan sound so good? It's because you often drink butter milk tea, so if you want to have a good voice, drink more butter tea! "
