Introduction:
"Wuxi spareribs are characterized by oil but not greasy, crisp and sweet, salty and sweet, delicious meat and fresh juice, with the flavor of Wuzhong dishes. Production steps:
Step 1: the required materials are shown in the figure
Step 2: wash the spareribs, put cold water into the pot, take out the meat blanching water and set aside;
Step 3: pour oil into the frying pan, heat to 50% heat, pour in the ribs and stir fry until the two sides are golden;
Step 4: load all seasonings into gauze bag;
Step 5: add hot water, no meat, cooking wine, ginger, gauze bag
Step 6: simmer for 2 hours on low heat, then collect the juice on high heat.
