Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the dough
Step 2: pour oil, syrup, honey and baking soda into a large bowl

Step 9: put in the filling
Step 10: push the dough upward like dumplings
Step 11: close up
Step 12: close the mouth and put the round biscuit mold down
Step 13: press the flat surface
Step 14: do it one by one
Step 15: put in the baking tray
Step 16: brush the surface with egg liquid and sprinkle with sugar
Step 17: put it into the oven preheated at 220 degrees, middle layer, bake for about 10 minutes, set it, turn it to 200 degrees, and continue to bake for about 10 minutes
Step 18: the surface is milky white, and the bottom is reddish brown
Step 19: cut open and look inside

Fruit and jasmine stuffing: 224g
White granulated sugar: right amount
Egg liquid: right amount
Note: to make this cake, you don't need to use a mold, just clap it into a round cake shape by hand. I just want it to be a little angular, so I use a biscuit mold. You can also use moon cake mold, but in that case, it should be called moon cake
