Black sesame steamed bread

Production steps:
Step 1: stir fry fragrant black sesame first. It's home grown black sesame, mixed with some white sesame.
Step 2: melt the yeast in warm water.
Step 3: mix 50g sesame, 50g sugar and flour.
Step 4: slowly add yeast water into the flour, stir with chopsticks to form flocculent, knead into smooth dough, cover with wet drawer cloth, and ferment at room temperature to twice the original size.
Step 5: while making dough, beat the remaining black sesame into powder with blender, add the remaining sugar and mix evenly.
Step 6: for the fermented dough, dip your fingers in a little dry powder and poke a hole. If the hole does not retract and collapse, it will be ready.
Step 7: take out the fermented dough and exhaust, knead it again to the size of the original dough, and roll it into rectangular pieces. There is no requirement for thickness.
Step 8: brush a thin layer of water on the dough, sprinkle black sesame powder evenly, and press slightly with hands.
Step 9: roll up the dough and cut it into steamed bread germ with a knife.
Step 10: put the steamed bread embryo in the steamer, then put it into the pot with cold water, and ferment it twice to 1.5 times the original size.
Step 11: bring to a boil, turn to medium heat, steam for about 10 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 2 or 3 minutes before opening the lid.
Step 12: black sesame steamed bread is ready.

Sugar: 65g
Yeast: 5g
Water: 260g
Note: 1. When frying sesame, be sure to keep the fire low. 2. Sesame jump up slowly, and it will be OK in a minute or two. 3. When black sesame is fried, because the surface is black. So it's not easy to separate from the surface. However, you can use your hand to pinch a sesame, gently open it, and close to smell the fragrance.
