Production steps:
Step 1: slice pumpkin and heat in microwave for 5 minutes.
Step 2: grind the mud with a spoon and let it cool.
Step 3: mix standard flour, corn flour and yeast.
Step 4: add pumpkin puree and make a soft dough.
Step 5: spread a layer of old corn skin on the drawer, choose the tender and thin one.
Step 6: put the dough into the drawer and flatten it. I used two drawers for this noodle measure.
Step 7: put jujube on the cake and put the basin into the steamer with hot water for fermentation.
Step 8: one and a half to two hours, fermentation completed. Ignition and steam.
Step 9: steam over high heat for 20 minutes.
Step 10: the cake with corn skin is not easy to stick to the drawer, and it also saves washing the drawer cloth.
Step 11: cut and enjoy. This is the pumpkin cake I made before. Because of the use of Fuqiang powder, the color is brighter than the standard powder.

Corn flour: 180g

Note: 1, corn flour, pumpkin are not easy to ferment things, so although it is summer, I also put into the "warm big steamer" for fermentation. 2. Any kind of pumpkin can be used, such as Japanese small golden melon, green skin old pumpkin or that kind of big pumpkin.
