Diced chicken with tomato and Kung Pao sauce
Introduction:
"To make it clear, this is not an authentic kung pao chicken. It's just a bottle of Kung Pao juice to avoid misunderstanding and appreciate the so-called brick patting. But the taste is really good. It's sour, sweet and slightly spicy. You can not only taste Gongbao juice, but also feel the taste of tomatoes (of course, tomatoes and cucumbers are grown by yourself, no fertilizer, all in the machine). It's a good meal. It's sweet, sour and delicious. It's attractive in color and easy to pick up. It's suitable for both the old and the young
Production steps:
Step 1: cut off the fascia and fat layer of the chicken, then cut the dice 1.5-2 cm wide and high, put them in a bowl, add 1 + 1 / 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of cooking wine, 1 / 4 tbsp of pepper and 1 / 4 tbsp of sugar, marinate them with your hands until they are sticky, then add 1 tbsp of water, marinate them until the water is absorbed, add 1 / 2 tbsp of corn starch, marinate them evenly, and cut the tomatoes into hob pieces;
Step 2: prepare a bowl, put 2 tbsp kung pao chicken juice, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 / 2 tbsp sugar, and mix all the ingredients evenly;
Step 3: put the pot on the stove, medium low heat, remove the oil from the diced chicken, and then remove the oil and set aside;
Step 4: leave a little oil at the bottom of the pot, put in the tomato pieces, and grind them flat with a spoon or spatula;
