Step 1: 1. Cut the carrot into pieces
Step 2: 2. Cut potatoes
Step 3: 3. Cut the onion into pieces
Step 4: put hot oil in the frying pan, and stir fry potatoes, carrots and onions in the hot oil.
Step 5: stir fry until half cooked, pour in proper amount of water (without ingredients), cook for about 10 minutes. Turn off the heat when the carrots and potatoes are soft. Stir in the curry until the curry is completely dissolved in water. Open fire and simmer for about five minutes, then start the pot!

Note: potatoes, carrots can be cut a little smaller, so that it is easy to cook when cooked, but also easier to soft and tasty!
