Steamed eggplant
Introduction:
"Eggplant has always been my favorite dish. I have tried many ways. Today, I tried to make steamed eggplant for the first time. I found that it is really delicious and has a good appetite."
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the eggplant, remove the pedicel, and set it up. (I think the small eggplant will be more fragrant) especially the kind sold by grandparents outside the vegetable market, which should be planted by themselves
Step 2: steam in the pan for about 20 minutes, then out of the pan
Step 3: oil the pot, saute with garlic and scallion, then pour on eggplant, add other ingredients and mix well. It's simple, fast and delicious
Materials required:
Eggplant: 500g
Garlic: right amount
Salt: right amount
Soy sauce: moderate
Spicy oil: moderate amount
Onion powder: appropriate amount
Sugar: right amount
Note: in fact, it's a very good dish to remove the tendon of Eggplant and stir fry it with pepper. Unfortunately, it's a little bit less, so I throw it away. There are too many dishes in metropolis. I'm good at digging out the dishes I haven't eaten. As a food that can be eaten and cooked, I should try more things I haven't eaten and things I haven't done
Production difficulty: simple
Process: steaming
Production time: 20 minutes
