Fried bean with bacon
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the beans and cut into sections. Cut the red pepper into small pieces and set aside.
Step 2: slice the bacon and dice the garlic.
Step 3: put oil in the pot, stir fry the bacon until fragrant, add cooking wine, stir fry garlic until fragrant.
Step 4: add beans and stir fry.
Step 5: add red pepper when beans are broken and crumpled.
Step 6: stir in salt, soy sauce, chicken powder and serve.

Note: 1. The meat is salty, salt and soy sauce should be put as appropriate. 2. The pork bought back from the market can be directly salted into bacon, or boiled in running water and pickled. I use raw bacon here. 3. The pickled meat doesn't worry about deterioration in a few days, which is conducive to storage, and the pickled meat is more fragrant.
