Chicken wings with Scallion

Production steps:
Step 1: cut the front and back of the chicken wings three times (tasty and easy to be cooked), and marinate them with soy sauce, salt and chicken essence
Step 2: cut the onion into rings (or shred or small pieces)
Step 3: heat the oil in the pan and add the chicken wings
Step 4: Fry slowly over medium low heat until both sides are cooked
