Production steps:
Step 1: half of the whole wheat flour and half of the strong flour, and a little more of the strong flour.
Step 2: mix all ingredients except butter and knead into dough.
Step 3: finally, add butter and knead to form the basic film.
Step 4: cover the basin with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Step 5: the next morning, the dough is completely fermented.

Step 8: press 6 small dough, exhaust and knead them. Put a layer of cooking oil on the inner liner of the electric pressure cooker and put in 6 small dough.
Step 9: cover with plastic film for the second fermentation, about 30-40 minutes.
Step 10: move the inner liner into the electric pressure cooker, select the cake gear, and the automatic setting is 30 minutes.
Step 11: after 30 minutes, the electric pressure cooker will sound automatically. When taking bread out, tilt it like this and move it a little bit. The top of the bread just out of the pot is relatively soft, and the direct inversion will affect the shape of the bread.
Step 12: put the bread on the grill, rinse with a layer of whole egg liquid, then put it into the microwave oven and bake it for about 4 minutes.
