Home style braised noodles
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: mix the wet noodles with a little oil.
Step 2: wash the beans and cut them into sections.
Step 3: cut garlic bolt into segments.
Step 4: pinch off the root of soybean sprouts, wash and drain.
Step 5: shred the pork, add a little salt, cooking wine, soy sauce and marinate for a while.
Step 6: cut onion, ginger and garlic, prepare the right amount of dried pepper, 1 star anise.
Step 7: add proper amount of oil into the pot, heat the oil, pour in the shredded meat and scratch until discolored.
Step 8: add onion and ginger powder, half garlic powder, dried pepper and star anise.
Step 9: stir fry beans, soybean sprouts and garlic sprouts.
Step 10: add proper amount of soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt and stir well.
Step 11: pour in hot water, the amount of water is appropriate to the fresh vegetables.
Step 12: after boiling the soup, turn to the minimum heat, spread the noodles loosely on the dishes, cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 13: after 5 minutes, turn over the whole noodles (don't touch the dishes below) and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 14: mix the noodles and vegetables well. Finally, add sesame oil and half of the remaining garlic. Mix well again.

Note: (1) don't add too much water when stewing noodles, otherwise it will become boiled noodles, but it can't be too little, otherwise the water is dry and the noodles are not ripe, and the more appropriate amount of water is just not cooked. (2) When stewing noodles, we must use a small fire, the smaller the better, give the noodles enough time to stew. (3) If you don't have a good grasp, you can steam the noodles for a few minutes, and then stew the noodles in the next pot, so there is absolutely no problem. (4) The overall amount of garlic to be more, before eating remember to add a little raw garlic, taste will be more fragrant.
