"Redwood fish, also known as red carp, is a kind of saltwater fish with thick meat and few spines. It can be steamed, stewed, and fried, especially until golden yellow. Its skin is burnt, and its meat is tender and sweet. We usually like to fry it up. "
Production steps:
Step 1: scrape 2 red shirted fish to remove internal organs, wash and drip dry water. Don't worry about too salty, but let the buyer put some salt when buying, and wash it off when you go home.
