Production steps:
Step 1: prepare ingredients: tofu, minced meat, mushroom, scallion, Flammulina velutipes.
Step 2: soak mushrooms, wash and chop.
Step 3: Mince Pork and onion.
Step 4: put minced meat, green onions and mushrooms into a large bowl.
Step 5: add some salt, oyster sauce, pepper, salt, chicken powder, raw powder, sesame oil, stir well, marinate and set aside (the rest of the sauce will be mixed).

Step 14: put the tofu into the casserole.
Step 15: stir the sauce evenly and pour it over the tofu.
Step 16: cover, boil over high heat, and bake over low heat for about 15 minutes.
Step 17: Sprinkle with scallion and shredded pepper, then start.

Note: to choose Tender tofu to make this dish tender, smooth, fresh and sweet. Old tofu is quick to shape, but it doesn't taste good. Patience, love and heart are the keys to this dish. You can also fry it and cook it again, or add it after the sauce is thick.
