Mango Mousse Cake

Production steps:

Step 15: pour onto the surface of the solidified cake and refrigerate for 2 hours
Step 16: put the chocolate into the flower mounting bag, heat it with water to melt it, prepare a piece of oil paper, and extrude the shape you want on the oil paper;
Step 17: squeeze two six words;
Step 18: take out the cake and demould it. Place the chocolate, fruit and Oreo biscuit on the cake. Insert the insert with the word "Happy Birthday" and finish the decoration.
