Production steps:
Step 1: raw material drawing.
Step 2: soften the tofu coat with cold water.
Step 3: take a small bowl, pour in the soy sauce, color, fresh soy sauce, cooking wine to bean flavor, rock sugar, salt seasoning. Add a small amount of boiling water to make sauce.
Step 4: take a piece of tofu coat and spread it on the chopping board, dip it in the sauce with a silicone brush and apply it evenly.

Step 10: steam and take out to cool.
Step 11: pour the oil into the pan, flatten the bean curd coat, and deep fry it over medium heat.
Step 12: take it out and let it cool.
Step 13: fold the fried tofu coat into strips again.
Step 14: pour the steamed sauce into the oil of fried tofu coat and bring to a boil. Stir with chopsticks to prevent sticking to the pan.
Step 15: slice the tofu and put it on a plate, then drizzle it with sauce.
