Production steps:
Step 1: add water and sugar to the flour, add some edible oil, add appropriate amount of yeast to make a smooth and non stick dough, and place it in a warm, humid place away from light for fermentation

Step 3: paste the potatoes into mud. It's a little hard to paste. I'm tired when I have to stir it hard.
Step 4: ferment the dough to twice the size, and you can start kneading. (I put it in the warm water after boiling the purple potatoes, cover the lid, and the purple potatoes and potatoes have been fermented to twice the size after they become mud.)
Step 5: knead the fermented dough and add it to purple potato paste and mashed potato respectively. Knead into smooth, non stick dough.
Step 6: take out one dough from each side, roll it into dough, fold it together, and then roll it into strips. Then cut off the uneven parts on both sides and cut off the sticky oil on both sides. Then cut the rest into small steamed buns
Step 7: continue 6 operations, cut well, oil the steamer (prevent sticking), then put the two-color steamed bread one by one, steam in cold water for 6-10 minutes

Step 9: I don't know why all the later products have become cake like (steamed while making). It may be that the potato dough is too wet, or it may be steamed with hot water. So it turns into a cake, hard but not soft
