Rose sesame cold cake
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the glutinous rice, soak it for 4 hours, steam it for standby.
Step 2: steam the glutinous rice and let it cool. Put the glutinous rice in clean gauze. (the gauze is soaked with water)
Step 3: knead repeatedly on the chopping board to form mud.
Step 4: roll the cooked sesame and peanut with a rolling pin.
Step 5: take a piece of the kneaded glutinous rice and spread it on the ground sesame and peanut.
Step 6: spread the red bean paste flat and put it on the kneaded glutinous rice.
Step 7: spread the other half of the kneaded glutinous rice on it.
Step 8: Sprinkle the sesame flowers evenly.
Step 9: cut the jelly into pieces.
Step 10: 2 tbsp rose sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp water, stir evenly, pour on it, or dip it.

Red bean paste: 200g
Cooked sesame: 50g
Rose sauce: 2 tbsp
Honey: 1 tbsp
Note: 1. Do not add too much water when steaming glutinous rice, otherwise it is not easy to form. 2. When the glutinous rice is steamed and cooled, it must be kneaded repeatedly on the chopping board. 3. When kneading glutinous rice, clean gauze should be stained with water, so it won't stick to hands. 4. The cold cakes in Hui Min street of Xi'an must be accompanied with rose sauce.
