Homemade red bayberry jam
Introduction:
"It's the ripe season of red bayberry again. It's sour, sweet and big. People still want to eat it. Unfortunately, red bayberry is not easy to store, so making dried red bayberry and red bayberry jam has become the favorite thing for oranges. Today, let's make some red bayberry jam first. The jam can be used to spread bread and make cake rolls... Think about all drooling ~ ~ ~ simple materials, simple methods ~ ~ worth a try
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare fresh red bayberry and rinse with water twice.
Step 2: wash the waxberry and soak it in light salt water for 10-20 minutes.
Step 3: take out the soaked Red Bayberry and cut it into pieces with a knife (the size of the pieces doesn't matter, because it will be broken when boiling). Don't cut the pulp on the red bayberry kernel very clean. You can make sweet soup with the red bayberry kernel later~
Step 4: add sugar to the cut red bayberry and let it stand for a while.
Step 5: after a while, the waxberry with white sugar will come out of the water by itself (remember not to add water).
Step 6: pour into the pot and bring to a boil over medium heat without adding water.
The seventh step: wait for the boil, foam, turn the small fire to continue boiling, dry the water, and add sugar according to your preference.
Step 8: the sauce in the pot becomes thick, and the jam on the spoon will not drip easily.
Step 9: when the jam is warm, pour it into the container prepared in advance and let it cool (pour it into the container when it is warm, otherwise the jam will not pour when it is cold and solidified).
Step 10: when the jam is cold, put it in the refrigerator and take it as you like (the jam made by yourself does not contain any additives and preservatives, so you should eat it as soon as possible)
Step 11: we have to make good use of the red bayberry sauce left at the bottom of the pot. Just pour the remaining red bayberry seeds into the pot, add water, add some rock sugar, bring to a boil, and cook for a few minutes~
Step 12: if you think the taste is not enough, you can add some of our own red bayberry sauce in it. It's sour and sweet. It's good to drink. If it's hot, it tastes better in the refrigerator~~
Step 13: one plum for two ~ jam is used to spread bread, make cake rolls and flush water. It's excellent ~ you can make it yourself, just rest assured! ~~~
Step 14: eat two plums! Jam is used to spread bread, spread cake, make cake roll, flush and drink They are all excellent! ~~~
