Production steps:

Step 5: shrimp dumpling skin method: first 100 grams of Chengfen and 10 grams of raw powder, salt mix well, add 150 grams of boiling water, the other 20 grams of raw powder temporarily aside for standby;

Step 7: try not to have dry noodles during mixing;

Step 13: pack in the stuffing;
Step 14: place the shrimp dumplings on the carrot slices in turn, bring the water to a boil, bring the medium heat to a boil, and steam for about 5 minutes.
