Homemade chicken feet
Introduction:
"Ever since I tasted the chicken feet made by a colleague's family, I fell in love with them."
Production steps:
Step 1: chop the chicken feet and open both sides
Step 2: wash with salt and water repeatedly
Step 3: heat the chicken feet with boiling water for a few minutes, skim off the foam, pour out and rinse with cold water for several times; add water to boil again, pour in the chicken feet and cook for a while until done
Step 4: take out the cooked chicken feet and put them in a clean container (I like to use cold boiled water again after taking them out)
Step 5: soak the cooked chicken feet in cold boiled water (I added some ice cubes to speed up the cooling)
Step 6: put the soaked chicken feet into the quick-frozen layer of the refrigerator, about an hour and a half later or longer (to touch the chicken feet with a little hardness)
Step 7: take out the soaked chicken feet, pour out the soaked water, add fish sauce, white sugar, white vinegar, wild pepper, sesame oil, garlic, etc. according to personal taste. Sprinkle some white sesame seeds (if you don't like it, you can't use it) and stir them. Put them in the refrigerator. Take them out from time to time and stir them evenly so that they taste well.
