Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: pour the water into the toaster, then pour in the milk and egg liquid, and then add brown sugar.
Step 2: pour salt and high gluten flour, and yeast onto the flour.
Step 3: stir with chopsticks into snowflakes.
Step 4: put it into the toaster and stir for 20 minutes, then add the softened butter and continue to stir for 20 minutes.
Step 5: after kneading the dough, add the chopped red jujube and stir evenly.
Step 6: set aside and ferment to twice the size.
Step 7: take out the fermented dough, exhaust and divide it into four equal parts, then round and relax for 10 minutes.
Step 8: take a dough and roll it long.
Step 9: roll up from top to bottom.
Step 10: process 4 dough in turn and place them in the bread barrel.

Step 12: spread a layer of white sesame evenly.
Step 13: put into the preheated oven, 170 degrees for 35 minutes.

Note: I use the bread machine barrel, so the amount of flour is a little larger. If I use 450 grams of toast, the amount of mold should be adjusted.
