Sichuan jelly
Introduction:
"The weather is getting hotter and hotter, and a spicy Sichuan cold powder will arouse a lot of appetite. Today, I introduce a piece of work that I have come up with by accident, which is simple and delicious. Anyone can easily control it. What are you waiting for? Come with me ~ ~"
Production steps:
Step 1: cut mung bean jelly on the market, wash it at home and cut long strips for later use
Step 2: dice green pepper, shred green onion, cut garlic into rice, wash coriander and cut into sections, prepare spicy pot seasoning bag and other seasonings
Step 3: cool powder dries, water is put on the plate, green peppers are evenly spread on the top of cool powder, then garlic rice is put on the top of green peppers, and then half a bag of spicy seasoning is poured into the pot, hot oil is taken from the pot, pepper is put out to smell, use a small colander to skim off the pepper, and then pour on the seasoning and garlic rice, and then sprinkle sesame.
Step 4: add sugar, vinegar, seafood, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil, shredded green onion and coriander!
Materials required:
Mung bean jelly: 500g
Green pepper: a little
Shredded scallion: a little
Garlic rice: right amount
Coriander: moderate
Spicy pot seasoning bag: half bag
Vinegar: a little
Sesame oil: a little
Sugar: right amount
Seafood sauce: right amount
Salt: a little
Cooked sesame: right amount
Note: Generally speaking, the seasoning and ratio of Sichuan cuisine are quite complicated, because it affects the change of taste. Today, I tried this jelly mixed with the seasoning of spicy pot. It really tastes good, but I'm lazy without peanuts at home. It's perfect if I have peanuts. There is also the fact that sometimes foodies don't have to stick to some specific patterns and collocations of cooking, and sometimes different seasonings and ingredients will turn rotten into magic under our hands. I think this is because foodies naturally have a subtle feeling of delicious food, so they can keep innovating!
Production difficulty: simple
