Matcha ice cream
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: take out vanilla seeds from vanilla pods, heat them with milk over low heat until the edge of the pot bubbles, turn off the heat and set aside
Step 2: beat the egg yolk with sugar until it is thick and white. As shown in the picture, you can pull out a continuous line (you can use a manual beater)
Step 3: in step 1, slowly add the mixture into step 2, stir and mix evenly
Step 4: pour the mixture into the milk pot, heat it over a minimum fire and stir it continuously at 83 degrees; or scoop it up to draw a clear line (very important)
Step 5: sift in Matcha powder and mix well
Step 6: filter into basin
Step 7: cool quickly with ice water and stir occasionally; cover the plastic film at room temperature and refrigerate
Step 8: about 5 minutes of hardness, use the electric egg beater to stir to make the air fully enter (take out and stir every 1 hour or so, about 3 times, the taste is soft and smooth)
Materials required:
Egg yolk: 2 (40g)
Milk: 250g
Fine granulated sugar: 40g
Matcha powder: 4G
Vanilla pods: half (can be omitted)
Notes: 1. You can make the original flavor without adding Matcha powder. 2. Full fat milk will have a stronger milk flavor. I use ordinary pure milk here. 3.
